Hi we are a 4 piece from York in the UK called The Waking Hours
www.myspace.com/thewakinghoursyork
is there a chance you could maybe give us a hand with some promotion?
we really want to get our name out there across the country
heres a little review of our sound:
The Waking Hours rattle of their driving hook ridden 3 minute anthems and get crowds dancing as if they love them already. Solid bass lines and drums that leap away from indy blandness push forward such catchy songs that they do not let you keep still. This is not to say that there is not melody or honesty in their set, far from it. Rising call and response guitars and strong satisfying solos, sound like the Kings of Leon fucking the Strokes. Powerful vocals tie the whole thing together, with the crowd wanting to sing the words and just not able to learn them quick enough, dont hold back from the Waking Hours catch them while you can.
Thankyou!
